Overview

Procurement of 14,590 Zimbra licences, provision of professional support for the Zimbra Email System, upgrade of the email system and review, upgrade and scaling of hosting infrastructure. This is a World Bank–financed KDEAP procurement open to ICT/hosting vendors capable of licensing, supporting, and scaling enterprise email infrastructure (Zimbra).

Requirements

• Eligible bidders per World Bank procurement rules; JV allowed with representative; no conflicts of interest.
• Bid security of Kes. 4 Million (or equivalent) and validity as specified in the ITB (28 days after bid validity) (Tender Document).
• If you do not manufacture the goods, provide Manufacturer’s Authorization; if not based in country, appoint a local Agent for maintenance/parts (ITB).
• Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form to be submitted with award notice (Tender Document).
• Compliance with WB Anti-Corruption policies; entities may be audited and records inspected (Tender Document).
• Evidence of origin and conformity to technical specs; detailed item-by-item qualification and spare-parts list (Tender Document).
• Standstill period of 10 business days after notification of award (Tender Document).
