Overview

Procurement of a Desiccant Air Dryer (A-DRY60) for NMISA's Nitrogen Generator. Bidders should be suppliers of industrial air-dryers/equipment capable of 60 Nm³/h flow, 4–16 bar, and PDP −40°C, and be prepared to submit the required SBD forms and B-BBEE documentation.

Requirements

• Complete and submit the SBD4 and SBD6.1 forms (attachments) with the bid.
• Respond on company letterhead; ensure pricing is clear and all terms are stated.
• Provide a Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary with supplier registration number.
• Attach a BBBEE certificate if pricing exceeds R2,000.00.
• Quotations must be firm and valid for at least 30 days and clearly indicate delivery period.
• All quotations are subject to NMISA’s SBD forms; non-completion equals non-compliance.
• NMISA pays on delivery; comply with PFMA requirements (payments after full delivery).
• Indicate delivery period in the quotation.
• Submit by the specified deadline to the email scm3@nmisa.org.
• Refer to the attached RFQ documents for the specification and pricing schedule (RFQ_Airdryer for N2 generator.pdf).
