Overview

Procurement of knitted cardigans (winter jerseys) branded with UFH logo for the Department of Psychology, Social Work & Criminology at the University of Fort Hare. Bidders should be apparel/textile manufacturers or uniform suppliers capable of delivering 40 embroidered UFH-branded cardigans per the attached specification, complying with UFH SCM rules. Bidders must be registered and compliant vendors with BBBEE status, a valid Tax Clearance Certificate, and CSD registration to qualify (RFQ 0129.SM/2026). Requirements

• Ability to supply 40 UFH-branded cardigans per spec (logo embroidery on left chest)
• Completion and submission of required SCM forms (e.g., SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 8, SBD 9) and adherence to UFH bid conditions; price must be quoted in the UFH format. Evaluation uses an 80/20 price/criteria split with CSD report attached (RFQ 0129.SM/2026).
