Overview

Procurement of 30 unisex knitted cardigans in azure blue with the UFH logo for the University of Fort Hare’s Social Science and Humanities Office. Quotes are invited from suitably qualified apparel suppliers to supply and deliver branded cardigans per the attached specifications (Cardigans-spec-letter.docx). Suitable bidders include apparel manufacturers and corporate gifting suppliers capable of branded knitwear.

Requirements

• Original Tax Clearance Certificate
• Registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD) (compulsory)
• BBBEE status level certificate or sworn affidavit
• Complete SBD 4 Declaration of Interest
• Complete SBD 6.1 Preference Points Claim Form (80/20 or 90/10; value <= R50m => 90/10)
• Complete SBD 8 Declaration of SCM Practices
• Complete SBD 9 Independent Bid Determination
• Pricing schedule/price declaration and reference to attached RFQ documents
• Attach CSD Summary report as applicable; ensure responses meet attached specifications (RFQ 0122.SM/2026) (see RFQ-0122.SM_.docx). The cardigans spec is in Cardigans-spec-letter.docx.
