Procurement of golf T-shirts for STF staff (45 units) in nylon fabric, black with the University logo on the left and ‘Social Transformation’ on the right. The University of Fort Hare invites quotes under RFQ 0118.SM/2026; use attached specifications to confirm sizes and embroidery. Requirements

• Original Tax Clearance Certificate; registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with CSD summary attached
• BBBEE compliance and preference points (80/20 system presumed up to R50m; specific goals apply)
• Completion and submission of SBD documents: SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim), SBD 7.2 (Contract for Rendering of Services), SBD 8 (Past SCM Practices), SBD 9 (Certificate of Independent Bid Determination)
• Pricing declaration and pricing schedules (including VAT)
• Not prohibited from doing business with the state and no collusive practices (as per SBDs 8 and 9)
• Documents and formats must align with attached RFQ and bid package (see RFQ-0118.SM_-1.docx and Specification-for-Golf-T-Shirts-copy.pdf)
