Procurement of Catering Services for Staff engagement on the 29th of September 2026. Requirements

• Registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) with current report
• Completed and signed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1; truthful disclosure per Paragraph 2.3
• Signed General Conditions of Contract
• Completed price schedule
• Three reference letters or purchase orders for similar catering services
• Valid food serving license – health certificate (certificate of acceptability for food premises)
• Compliance with the specified lunch menu and delivery time; non-compliance may lead to disqualification
• Preference points system (80/20) with evidence for specific goals (SMME status, Black female ownership, Black youth ownership, people with disabilities ownership)

• Mandatory documents: CSD report, signed SBD 4 and 6.1, signed General Conditions, price schedule, three reference letters/POs, valid health certificate
• Ensure documents are clear and submitted by the closing date: 26 September 2026 at 12:00
