Overview

Procurement of 25 laboratory chairs for the Social Science and Humanities at the University of Fort Hare; suitable suppliers with CSD registration, a valid tax clearance certificate and BBBEE credentials should bid. • Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• BBBEE compliance (status level)
• Quote on company letterhead; attach CSD summary report and pricing schedule
• Complete SBD forms and declarations (e.g., SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 9)
• Prices include VAT; UFH applies 80/20 preference points for price vs BBBEE (as per RFQ)
