Overview

Procurement of Cisco Webex Enterprise Agreement, Zoom licenses, VBrick video platform support and Cisco SmartNet support for video conferencing endpoints for Central Bank of Kenya for a period of three years. Open to eligible ICT service providers with the capability to supply, install, integrate, maintain and support the specified collaboration and video-conferencing solutions (Webex, Zoom, VBrick, Cisco endpoints) for CBK over three years.

Requirements

• Eligibility: must be eligible tenderer, not debarred, with no conflicts of interest; JV permitted with clearly defined roles; foreign bidders must meet local-content and registration rules as specified; tax compliance certificate required.
• Conformity and qualifications: evidence of conformity to tender requirements, project plan, implementation capability, and references; addresses ITT 16-18 requirements and Section V capabilities.
• Financial: Tender security of Kes 50,000; prices in Kenya Shillings; tender valid for 140 days; no price adjustments unless allowed; currencies aligned per TDS.
• Technical/Contractual: ability to supply and maintain Webex, Zoom, VBrick licenses, and Cisco SmartNet; provide recurrent cost arrangements and long-term support; procurement and deployment plan with an implementation schedule; compliance with procurement terms (IPR, warranties, acceptance, etc.).
• Documentation: Form of Tender, price schedules, JV agreements if applicable, and evidence of eligibility, conformity, and subcontractors as required (per ITT 13-18).
