Overview

Procurement of Cleaning Materials for NYDA Eastern Cape Offices. This RFQ covers supply of cleaning materials to NYDA offices in the Eastern Cape (e.g., East London, Port Elizabeth, Umthatha, Alfred Nzo, Chris Hani, Sarah Baartman). Only service providers/residents of the Eastern Cape will be considered. Closing date 09 September 2026; delivery location is the Eastern Cape; contact and submission details are in the tender.

Requirements

• Eastern Cape residency (special condition)
• Submit mandatory documents: SBD1, SBD4 (Bidders Disclosure), and a completed pricing schedule (see RFQ082-06147 Cleaning Material-EC.pdf)
• Tax/compliance: SARS Tax Compliance PIN or proof via CSD; TCS where applicable
• BBBEE: BBBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit to claim specific-goal points
• State-friendliness: not in theService of the State; no state-employed directors; no canvassing
• Evaluation: price and specific goals under PPPFA (80/20 or 90/10 as applicable); provide documentation to claim goals
• Award and contract: if awarded, must sign SBD7; no payment without a purchase order
