Overview

Procurement of five Samsung Galaxy A27 5G smartphones for the University of Fort Hare. Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and UFH supplier database, and comply with tax clearance, registration and other SCM requirements.

Requirements

• Registration on CSD and UFH supplier database (mandatory)
• Original Tax Clearance Certificate
• Complete SQD Form 1 and price declaration; submit all required SBD forms as applicable
• Evidence of authorised supply (Samsung South Africa or an authorised distributor)
• UFH supplier database registration and VAT registration details (where applicable)
• Compliance with GBV, Code of Ethics, Anti-Fraud policies and SCM policies; provide B-BBEE documentation if claiming points
