PROCUREMENT OF FOOTBALL EQUIPMENT TO BE DELIVERED AT ALICE CAMPUS.

Overview

Procurement of football equipment to be delivered at Alice Campus. The University of Fort Hare invites suitably qualified and reputable providers to supply football training equipment per RFQ089VM2026. Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submit an original Tax Clearance Certificate. Requirements

• Open to suitably qualified and reputable service providers.
• CSD registration compulsory; original Tax Clearance Certificate required.
• Respond with a detailed quotation fully aligned to the specified equipment list (training equipment items are listed in the RFQ).
• Complete and submit compulsory bid documents (SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 9) and the pricing schedule; provide BBBEE documentation where applicable.
• Compliance with SCM policies; no late quotes; quotes may be rejected or accepted in writing via UFH order.
• Evaluation includes PPPFA-based pricing with 80/20 (or 90/10 for higher values) and, for specific goals, BBBEE points (with required supporting documents).
