Overview

Procurement of branded gift awards and related items for the University of Fort Hare’s Postgraduate Studies Office, including power banks, branded flasks, A4 gift bags and glass trophies for the Research Week of Excellence and Three-Minute Thesis competitions. The UFH invites suitably qualified suppliers of corporate gifts, branding and trophy manufacturing to quote (RFQ 0126.SM/2026). Requirements

• BBBEE status of contributor (Preference points) and/or sworn affidavit, with supporting documentation.
• Original Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) is compulsory.
• Ability to supply and deliver goods per the specification and branding requirements; adherence to pricing and SBD documentation.
• Compliance with UFH SCM processes and preference point system (80/20 split).
