PROCUREMENT OF GOLFER SHIRTS AND JACKETS

Overview

Procurement of golfer shirts and jackets for the University of Fort Hare, including embroidery and branding. The UFH invites suitably qualified service providers to supply 40 items (ladies and men's shirts and jackets) per UFH specifications, with left-chest UFH logo embroidery and right-chest ICT department embroidery, in navy shirts and blue jackets. Requirements

• Adhere to attached specification (RFQ118NM2026 Specification-1.pdf): 40 units total (17 ladies shirts, 23 men's shirts; 17 ladies jackets, 23 men's jackets); navy shirts; blue jackets; full-color embroidery; left chest UFH logo; right chest ICT department.
• Price declaration and compliance with B-BBEE/PP rules as per SBD forms; price vs. non-price evaluation (80/20 or 90/10 depending on value) with specific goals (min 51% women ownership).
• Quotes may be rejected if not compliant with conditions or SCM policy.
