Requirements

• Real-time, independent assurance across the full PSP procurement lifecycle (RFQ/RFP, evaluation, governance submissions, negotiations, awards)
• Knowledge of Section 217 Constitution, PFMA, Treasury requirements, Eskom Delegations of Authority and governance approvals
• Ability to review procurement documentation, evaluation templates, bid evaluation reports, negotiation records, and award documentation; provide written comments and recommendations
• Attendance and participation in project activities (e.g., governance and evaluation meetings) as observers; ensure consistency and confidentiality
• Ensure evaluation criteria are applied consistently and governance approvals obtained; maintain audit trails and reporting
• Relevant professional qualifications and experience in procurement governance and risk management (ISO 9001 or equivalent preferred)
