Requirements

• Compliance with Postbank’s RFQ terms and all annexures (SBDs) and General Conditions.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and current tax obligations.
• Accreditation: proof of reseller authorisation from software vendors.
• License delivery/activation only after official Award Letter or PO.
• Deliver OEM-backed licenses with updates and vendor support for the full period.
• Complete and sign all annexures and supporting documents; price must be VAT inclusive.
