Overview

Procurement of laptops for the University of Fort Hare, open to ICT hardware suppliers registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). The University invites suitably qualified and registered providers to quote for the supply and delivery of laptops under RFQ 0127.SM/2026, with electronic submission (via smagcanya@ufh.ac.za).

Requirements

• Compulsory CSD registration and attach CSD Summary report
• Original Tax Clearance Certificate
• BBBEE compliance
• Submit pricing schedule(s) and all KZN/UFH SBD forms included with the RFQ (SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 7.2, SBD 8, SBD 9)
• Ensure full compliance with the RFQ specifications (RFQ 0127.SM/2026) as attached
• Price validity and evaluation: 90 days; evaluation framework 80/20 (price vs specific goals) or 90/10 for higher value bids; UFH reserves right not to award
