Overview

Procurement of laptops and tablets for Nursing and Public Health at the University of Fort Hare (RFQ 0123.SM/2026). The university invites suitably qualified IT hardware vendors to quote for delivering 1 x Ryzen 5 HP 15s notebook (15.6-inch, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD) and 4 x 256GB Wi-Fi tablets (10-inch, with cover). Requirements

• Original Tax Clearance Certificate
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration
• Proof of BBBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit)
• Ability to supply devices meeting the attached specs (HP 15s Ryzen 5; 4 tablets) and comply with UFH RFQ conditions
• Completion of bid documentation (SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 9) and pricing documentation including the Price Declaration Form
