Overview

Procurement of laptops and tracking devices plus tracking & device management software. Bids are invited from suitably qualified accredited service providers to supply ICT hardware (laptops, tracking devices) and the associated device-management software, with 100% local content and preferential criteria. Requirements

• Completed original bid document issued by the municipality; entity registration documents; certified ID copies of directors; proof of CSD registration.
• SARS PIN printout; Tax Clearance if applicable; MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9.
• Billing clearance certificate or statement showing no undisputed accounts overdue >30 days plus bidder’s signed confirmation of no such outstanding accounts on closing.
• Evaluation: 80/20 or 90/10 (price vs. specific goals per MBD 6.1).
• JV requirements: original Tax Compliance Document for all partners and lead-partner agreement.
• Minimum Local Content: 100%.
