PROCUREMENT OF MECHANICAL PIPETTE TIPS, EMPTY RACKS AND STANDS

Overview

Procurement of universal non-sterile pipette tips, an empty tip rack and 8 pipette stands for laboratory use. Bidders should be suppliers of laboratory consumables, with compulsory registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and UFH’s supplier database, and must comply with UFH SCM policies.

Requirements

• Compulsory registrations: CSD and UFH supplier database; compliance with UFH SCM policies; Original Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Complete all SQD Form 1 and submit as part of the bid; pricing schedule and related documents required.
• Evaluation criteria: 80 points for price, 20 for specific goals (at least 51% women ownership).
• Quotes adjudicated under SCM policy; UFH reserves right to accept or reject the cheapest quote; an official UFH order is required to finalize any award.
• Price includes VAT; bid should be valid for 90 days from submission; non-compliance may lead to disqualification.
• Compliance with university policies (GBV, ethics, anti-fraud) applies throughout.
