Overview

Procurement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP infrastructure transition, Microsoft Azure managed services and technical support for a period of one year. Bidders should be Microsoft Solutions Partners (or authorised partners) with demonstrated Azure and Dynamics 365 expertise, including Azure administering and architecture, D365 F&O and CRM functional support, Power Platform, and an experienced project manager for cloud transitions. A mandatory virtual briefing is on 15 September 2026, with a physical briefing at CSIR Campus in Pretoria; submissions close 23 September 2026.

Requirements

• Recognised Microsoft Solutions Partner or authorised partner. (Microsoft Azure.pdf)
• At least one suitably qualified Azure Administrator (CV + Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate AZ-104 or successor).
• At least one suitably qualified Azure Solutions Architect (CV + Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert AZ-305 or successor).
• At least one Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant (3+ years; CV + relevant certification).
• At least one Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement Functional Consultant (3+ years; CV + relevant certification).
• At least one Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant / Developer (3+ years; CV with development/integration evidence).
• Access to Microsoft Power Platform development capability (Power Apps/Power Automate) with CVs.
• Experienced Project Manager (3+ years) for Azure/D365 transition/Managed Services.
• Mandatory pre-qualifications: SBD4, Updated SBD 6.1 for NMISA, CSD Report; valid B-BBEE certificate.

• Documents to submit: Completed Standard Bidding Document (SBD4) and SBD6.1 forms, CSD Report, valid B-BBEE certificate, pricing schedule, and company quotation on letterhead (SBD4_Annexure A; Updated SBD 6.1 NMISA). Pricing schedule details are in the RFQ (Microsoft Azure.pdf).
• Pre-qualifications: Submit SBD4, SBD6.1, CSD; B-BBEE certificate.
• Price and validity: Fixed 12-month price proposal; quotes must be valid for at least 30 days; VAT shown; travel/expenses included as applicable (pricing schedule in the RFQ).
