Overview

Procurement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 maintenance services and technical support for twelve (12) months. NMISA seeks a qualified Dynamics 365 service provider to maintain, support, troubleshoot, configure, integrate and enhance its Dynamics 365 ERP environment (Finance & Operations, CE/CRM, customer portal, Power Platform, and related components) and to execute a controlled application-level takeover from the current partner. Bidders should have demonstrable Dynamics 365 maintenance, functional/technical support, and integration/development capabilities, with experience working with NMISA and external hosting/infra providers.

Requirements

• SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 completed and signed; CSD report attached
• Valid B-BBEE certificate attached
• Quotation to be firm and valid for 30 days; comprehensive price breakdown for the 12-month period
• Pricing fixed for the contract duration; delivery/implementation within 2 weeks from order; on-site support included as applicable
• Compliance with NMISA MFMA/SCM mandatory requirements and documentation as per attached bid packs
