• Delivered to ZCH with insurance; price in Malawi Kwacha; compliance with technical spec and GCC terms.
• Submit: Section B, C, D forms; Section D Beneficial Ownership; copies of Business Registration Certificate & Trading Licence; Annual Tax Clearance; list of recent Government contracts; any other documents requested by the Procuring Entity.

• Deadline: 5 October 2026 at 10:00, in sealed envelopes to the Tender Box, Procurement and Disposal Unit, Zomba Central Hospital; addressed to The Chairman, Internal Procurement and Disposal Committee (Procurement Number ZCH/RFQ/MOTOR-VEHICLE/09/2026).
• Method: hand-delivery/in-person submission in a sealed bid package (see attached RFQ).
