Requirements

• Space exactly as specified: open-plan workstations for 10–12; private offices for 2–3; boardroom; two small meeting rooms; kitchenette; storage; 6 parking bays; proximity to transit.
• Compliance and registrations: tax obligations; SARS PIN/TCS; CSD number if no TCS; be eligible to trade (not in the State service).
• Documentation: complete SBD1 and SBD4; pricing schedule using provided template; BBBEE documentation (certificate or sworn affidavit).
• Authority and integrity: proof of signing authority; no conflicts of interest; adherence to PPPFA 80/20 or 90/10 rules; no collusion.
• If applicable, separate TCS PIN for each consortium member; foreign-based suppliers comply with RSA conditions.
