Requirements

• Valid Release to Service certificate (SACAA/EASA/FAA/UKCAA/ANAC/Canada Form 1) (Phase 1 criteria).
• Remaining Useful Life ≥ 1000 flight cycles on LLPs.
• Comprehensive Engine MiniPack: preservation tag, full borescope reports (front-to-back), latest two shop visits, engine history card, on-log inventory, and related documents.
• Up-to-date compliance with all applicable service bulletins and airworthiness directives; full AD/SB/ASB records.
• Time Since Overhaul info and LLP sheets; engine must not require overhaul within 1000 cycles; provide LLP details.
• EGT Margin ≥ 20°C; ELIM data to be provided.
• Guarantee that the engine is defect-free (no “one-watch” items).
• Delivery lead time: 90 calendar days from LOA (note: Scope cites 30 days to delivery; an inconsistency exists between documents).
• Price evaluation and specific goals per Phase 2/3; adherence to Preferential Procurement Regulations (2022) where relevant.
