Requirements

• OEM/licensed password management solution or accredited partner; SaaS deployment; scalable to 3,600+ users.
• Security/compliance: encryption, GDPR/POPIA compliance; hosting location (Europe/South Africa) as applicable; tax/CSD compliance; CIDB registration if required.
• Mandatory disclosures: two password-management reference letters from the last 7 years; CV and qualifications for one Password Management Specialist (min. 3 years in cybersecurity with password-management relevant experience); relevant certificates.
• Technical capabilities: SSO with Microsoft Entra ID; cross-platform sync; browser extensions; admin console; auditing; reporting; alerts (SIEM/escalation); autofill/password generator; secure storage.
• Post-implementation: up to 5 hours/month of professional services (usage-based; carry-over with RAF request).
