Procurement of Photographer Services

Overview

Procurement of Photographer Services for BANKSETA's Annual General Meeting and related event coverage. Bidders with corporate event photography experience, ability to deliver hi-resolution JPEGs on USB and via a secure online link, and verifiable corporate references should bid. The RFQ includes a mandatory briefing on 03 November 2026 at 10:00 (online) and closes 10 November 2026 at 14:00; submissions are electronic to Jacob Ralehlaka (JacobR@bankseta.org.za) with a copy to SCM@BANKSETA. Requirements

• Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide a CSD Master Registration report; tax status will be checked on CSD.
• Complete and submit all Returnable Documents and Returnable Forms (SBD 4, SBD 6.1) fully signed and dated.
• Quotations must be on the supplier’s letterhead; pricing must follow the official structure; quotation valid for 90 days.
• Provide at least two corporate client reference letters, dated within the last two years, on company letterhead with contact details.
• Comply with BANKSETA’s evaluation framework (80/20) and complete the BANKSETA Preference Points Form.
• Briefing session details are mandatory (03 November 2026, online) and the submission is via electronic means.

• Briefing session: 03 November 2026 at 10:00; online link provided in the RFQ (mandatory).
