• CIDB/BEE considerations via evaluation (Price and Preference; 80/20 split; minimum functionality threshold)
• Functionality criteria: evaluated on Company Experience (20%) and Human Resources (80%), with key personnel required to be SACPCMP/ECSA-registered where applicable (Functionality Rainwater Harvesting.pdf)
