Procurement of PVC Plastic UV Film for iThemba LABS, Faure, Western Cape. Bidders who can supply UV-stabilised PVC film (300 µm, 1,400 mm wide ±10 mm, 50 m rolls, 76 mm core) and deliver 10 rolls to iThemba LABS SCM Dept, Faure, 7131, with VAT-inclusive pricing and PPPFA compliance.

Requirements

• CSD registration is compulsory; submit a CSD Summary Report.
• Submit SBD 4 (Bidder Disclosure) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points) with BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Pricing must be firm, VAT inclusive, and valid for 60 days from closing; include a firm delivery period.
• Deliver 10 rolls of PVC Plastic UV Film as specified; lead time to be stated.
• Payment terms: 30 days from receipt of invoice; advance payments require a validated payment guarantee; alternative 7/14 days by mutual agreement.
• Preference points under PPPFA: 80/20 (price vs. specific goals); provide tax compliance PIN verification.
• Include datasheet/manufacturer specifications; pricing schedule on page 5 of the RFQ (RFQ Plastic PVC.pdf).
