Procurement of Renovations at NYDA uMzimkhulu Office. The National Youth Development Agency seeks quotes for office renovations at its uMzimkhulu office (Harry Gwala – Esayidi TVET College, Mzimkhulu Campus). Bidders should have CIDB General Building GB1 registration and relevant office-renovation experience.

Requirements

• CIDB registration: General Building (GB) with valid Grade 1GB.
• Complete and submit SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid), SBD 4 (Bidders Disclosure), and the Pricing Schedule.
• Tax and supplier pre-qualification: SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status; CSD number if no TCS.
• Compliance with BBBEE: attach BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit to claim points.
• No conflicts of interest: complete Bidders Disclosure; not in state service.
• Post-completion certificates: Electrical CoC, OHS certificate, Glazing certificate.
