Overview

Procurement of safe relocation, opening, lock changes and key supply. This RFQ targets security/locksmithing firms with proven ability to relocate a safe within a government office, open safes, change locks, and supply keys (including 3 keys per lock and 3 master keys for Chubb gun safes). Bidders should handle the specified route: move the Chatwood Milner safe from K2 parking level to the 5th floor vetting office via lift to the 4th floor and stairs up to the 5th floor.

Requirements

• Experience in safe relocation, safe opening, and lock changes plus key supply.
• Ability to provide 3 keys per lock and 3 master keys for each Chubb gun safe.
• Capability to perform the specified movement route (lift from K2 to 4th floor, then stairs to 5th floor) and conduct on-site work.
• Attendance at the mandatory on-site inspection before quotation (18 August 2026, 10:00, COGTA 87 Building) (see FSpecification.pdf).
