PROCUREMENT OF SARCHL OFFICE EQUIPMENT FOR BOTH EAST LONDON AND ALICE CAMPUS.

Overview

Procurement of SARChI office equipment for UFH East London and Alice campuses. The University seeks quotations for a range of office hardware and AV gear (laptops, cameras, audio recorders, PA systems, wireless mics, conferencing kits, projectors, lighting, stands, etc.) to support research and events. Suitable bidders are suppliers of computer/electronic equipment and professional AV gear with delivery capacity to both campuses. Compulsory CSD registration and compliance with UFH RFQ conditions apply, including BBBEE and tax clearance.

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration is compulsory
• Original Tax Clearance Certificate
• BBBEE compliance and related documentation
• Full compliance with RFQ specifications and supplier qualifications (as per RFQ documents)
• Attach CSD Summary report with bid
