Overview

Procurement of Security services including on-site guarding, alarm installation/monitoring, and armed response for merSETA Mpumalanga Regional Office (Witbank). Bidders should be experienced providers with PSIRA registration (company and personnel), CIDB and CSD registration, Tax Compliance, CIPC registration, COIDA good standing, and proof of a 24-hour accredited monitoring centre plus armed-response capability in eMalahleni.

Requirements

• PSIRA registration for company and guards
• CIDB registration (where applicable) and CSD registration
• Tax Compliance Status PIN
• Company Registration documents (CIPC)
• Letter of Good Standing with COIDA
• Monitoring centre accreditation (24-hour)
• Armed Response capability in eMalahleni/Witbank
• Three contactable references for similar projects (last 5 years)
• Compliance with SABS standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Qualified technicians and full SBD documentation (e.g., SBD 4, SBD 6.1)
