PROCUREMENT OF SMART WATCHES

Overview

The University of Fort Hare is procuring 150 smart watches (Volkano Chroma Series or equivalent) to be delivered to the Alice Campus. Open to suitably qualified registered suppliers; mandatory registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and UFH supplier database, and provision of a tax clearance certificate.

Requirements

• Compulsory registration on CSD and UFH supplier database
• Original Tax Clearance Certificate
• Complete SQD Form 1 and Price Declaration; provide pricing in the required format
• Compliance with SCM policies; bid evaluation uses 80/20 (price vs specific goals) with 51%+ women ownership as a target
• Submission of SBD-related documents (SBD 4, SBD 8, SBD 9) and other contract documentation; adherence to GBV/ethics policies
• Delivery of 150 units to University of Fort Hare, Alice Campus; electronic submission format required
