PROCUREMENT OF SUB-TRANSMISSION NETWORK TOOLS

Overview

Procurement of sub-transmission network tools: Kenya Power & Lighting Company (KPLC) invites bids to supply live-line tools and accessories for 66 kV–220 kV networks, including items such as strain/spiral/roller link sticks, ropes, hydraulic long-reach chain saws, aerosol can holders and related equipment (as per the tender documents). Open to bidders that are eligible and meet KPLC’s standards, including compliance with PPADA regulations and the Standard Tender Documents.

Requirements

• Eligibility aligned with PPADA and KPLC STD.
• Technical compliance with KPLC live-line specifications (SPECIFICATION 7–12, 9, 10–12; as applicable) included in the tender documents.
• Capability to supply and support the required goods, with delivery in accordance with the Schedule of Requirements and applicable warranties.
• Electronic submission capability and adherence to KPLC procurement processes.
