Overview

Procurement of 35 Adobe Acrobat Pro licenses for team use (24 months), plus 4 Adobe Creative Cloud Pro licenses and 25 hours of ad-hoc support. The Presidency invites bids from Adobe Authorized Resellers or Distributor Partners with active Adobe partnership status, able to supply licenses and related support, and registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Compulsory briefing is required and bids must be submitted via the e-Tender Portal.

Requirements

• Adobe Authorized Reseller or Adobe Distributor Partner with valid Adobe Partner ID.
• Proof of active Adobe partnership status.
• Attendance at the compulsory briefing session.
• Registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• SBD4 forms fully completed and signed; disclose related companies on CSD.
• Tax compliance and verified banking details.
• All items priced; unpriced items count as zero cost.
• Licenses may be invoiced only after installation on at least five computers and receipt of license documentation from the manufacturer/distributor.
• Ad-hoc hours only after activation on five computers; invoicing requires a job card.
• Licenses needed on or before 31 August 2026.
• Adhere to three-phase evaluation (80/20: price 80, specific goals 20).
