• Obtain RFQ documents from Blantyre City Council PDU during 8:00–16:30, 21–25 September 2026 (see attached RFQ document)
• Prepare quotation in accordance with the RFQ
• Submit hard copy to The Chairperson, Internal Procurement and Disposal Committee, Blantyre City Council, Private Bag 67, Blantyre, by 16:00 on 25 September 2026
• Ensure quotations are clearly marked and compliant with the RFQ and PPD Act 2025
