Overview

Procurement of service provider training for IT staff on Microsoft courses (including exams). The Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs is seeking IT training providers to deliver Microsoft 365-focused courses, with exams included (per the Pricing Schedule). Bids are in the form of a quotation (RFQ FQ 72/2026) and submissions are through the e-tender portal or via email (no physical bids).

Requirements

• CSD registration on/before bid closing.
• Tax compliance verified (SARS PIN or CSD tax status; provide PIN or TCS certificate).
• Completion of all required bid forms: SBD 1, SBD 3.3 (pricing), SBD 4, SBD 6.1.
• CIPC registration with ownership details; provide proof.
• If disability ownership is claimed, attach medical certificate.
• If successful, sign, and be bound by a written contract (SBD 7).
