Overview

Msunduzi Municipality seeks to appoint a professional Environmental Management Consultant Company specializing in Landfill Monitoring and Development for a period of three years for the New England Road Landfill Site. Requirements

• Mandatory registrations and professional credentials:
  • Civil Engineer registered with ECSA (PrEng/PrTech) as Project Lead
  • Environmental Scientist registered with SACNASP (NQF 7)
• Functionality criteria (Stage One, max 60 points; min 45 required):
  • Landfill projects completed by the company
  • Experience of the Civil Engineer (Project Lead)
  • Environmental monitoring projects completed by the Environmental Scientist
• Compliance and registrations:
  • CSD Supplier Number and Unique Registration Reference
  • SARS Tax Clearance and Tax Compliance PIN
  • VAT registration (vendor status) and VAT-inclusive pricing
  • Annexure B for Preferential Procurement (specific goals)
• JV/Consortium provisions (if applicable): include Pins, CSD reports, declarations, and intension to form JV
• Complete Data Sheets and signed Tender Form with required signatories, some forms require Commissioner oaths
• Pricing must cover all three sections of the Pricing Schedule (Section 1–3) with VAT included
