Overview

SANAS seeks to appoint a suitably qualified industrial relations consultant to provide professional labour relations advisory and support services on a 12-month retainer. The engagement covers representation at CCMA, Bargaining Councils and Labour Court, disciplinary support, trade union engagements, advisory services, specialised labour law support, compliance documentation, training, and labour risk management for an organisation of up to 90 employees.

Requirements

• Comprehensive company profile demonstrating competency in Labour Law.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in delivering the described services.
• Written/verifiable references (3) on company letterheads from the past 36 months.
• Gauteng-based with proof of address.
• Evidence of ability to provide: SBD 4, SBD 6.1, valid tax pin, and Central Supplier Database (CSD) report/summary.
• Certified valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
