Overview

This RFQ seeks to appoint a professional Labour/Industrial Relations consultancy on a 36-month retainer for SANAS to provide labour relations advisory and support, including representation at CCMA/Bargaining Councils/Labour Court and related services. The scope covers a headcount of up to 90 and a retainer-based service delivering eight core functions (representation, disciplinary support, union engagements, advisory services, labour-law support, compliance docs, training, and risk management). Requirements

• A company profile demonstrating competency in Labour Law and the stated scope of work.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering these services.
• Written/verifiable references on company letterhead for similar labour-relations work in the last 36 months.
• Proof of registration as an employer-organisation service provider.
• Bidder located in Gauteng (proof of address).
• SCM/compliance documents (to be submitted): Central Supplier Database report/summary, completed SBD 4, completed SBD 6.1, BBBEE certificate (or sworn affidavit), and valid tax pin with compliant tax status.

• Registrations/pre-qualifications: CSD, tax compliance, and proof of Gauteng address.
• Note: The RFQ indicates SANAS may award to multiple suppliers and will apply SANAS-specific goals (B-BBEE) in a price-point evaluation; refer to the attached document for the exact scoring formula and goals (see REQ0006013-Industrial relations consultant and support services 13 Aug.pdf). Clarification windows: 48 hours for SBD4 and 7 days for tax/CSD status.
