Requirements

• Valid Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and Tax Compliance PIN or SARS Tax Status; provide CSD/TCS as applicable.
• Valid BBBEE verification certificate from SANAS or sworn affidavit (EME) for empowerment points.
• Auctioneers must be registered with PPRA and hold a Fidelity Fund certificate to trade and receive income from PPRA; COIDA good standing or equivalent.
• Compliance with PPPFA/ PFMA; complete all mandatory returnables (SBD forms) and returnable schedules (SBD 1, SBD 3.2, SBD 4, SBD 6.1).
• Demonstrate capability/experience in auctioneering, including at least one public-sector reference; provide a project plan showing disposal timelines (assets disposed within two months) and a detailed company profile.
• Evidence of necessary licenses and registrations (SAIA membership preferred; PPRA registration; COIDA certificate; CIDB as applicable).
