Overview

Procurement of professional services for Rural Roads Assets Management Systems (RRAMS) for Nkangala District Municipality. Bidders should be experienced service providers in rural road asset management, GIS/data management, and related engineering disciplines, with demonstrated delivery over multi-year programs and demonstrated compliance with South African SCM rules (including POPI, tax, and professional indemnity insurance).

Requirements

• Proven experience completing Rural Roads Assets Management Systems projects with municipalities.
• Valid Professional Indemnity Insurance of at least R500,000 per claim.
• Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) or PIN; separate TCS where involving consortia/joint ventures; where no TCS, provide CSD number.
• POPI compliance: complete POPI Notice/Consent forms.
• Evidence of registration with professional bodies; provide proof of membership.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) report where applicable; disclosure of prior tender defaulter/fraud checks if required.
• Availability to perform data collection, RISFSA-compliant data handling, EPWP-compliant fieldwork, GIS integration, and annual business planning as described in the Scope of Work.
