PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO MATJHABENG LOCAL MUNICIPALITY TO OPERATE AND MANAGE ODENDAALSRUS WASTE DISPOSAL SITE FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS

Overview

Procurement of project management services to operate and manage the Odendaalrus waste disposal site for three years for Matjhabeng Local Municipality. Bidders with municipal project management capability, waste-site operations experience, and ability to meet the evaluation criteria (Mandatory, Functionality, 80/20 or 90/10 for price and specific goals) should bid.

Requirements

• Demonstrable ability to manage a municipal waste disposal site project for three years.
• Submit complete bid documents in accordance with the RFP and address all evaluation criteria (mandatory, functionality, price).
• Comply with Constitution Section 217 (fair, equitable, transparent, competitive, cost-effective) and Municipal SCM/Preferential Procurement policies; system to be followed.
• CIDB grading not applicable; no compulsory site briefing; late tenders not accepted; bid validity period per document (default 90 days if not stated).
• Pay and collection details: documents are non-refundable (R600) and available via cash/EFT (details in advert).
