Overview

Promotional items for QLFS Parallel are being procured under RFQ-112777. Statistics South Africa seeks quotes to supply promotional items (Black Caps, Black Bibs, Black Lanyards, Car Magnetic Stickers) in the quantities listed in the Pricing Schedule, for delivery to 1 Koch Street, Salvokop. Submissions must be emailed to quotations@statssa.gov.za by 2026-10-06 11:00. Refer to the standard SBD documents attached with the RFQ (SBD1, SBD3.1, SBD4, SBD6.1) and the item specs (PROMOTIONAL ITEMS.pdf). Requirements

• Bids must use standard forms and be subject to Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022 (80/20; 20 points for specific goals) (SBD6.1).
• Pricing must be firm; VAT included in the total (SBD3.1).
• Specific goals points require proof (Black, Woman, Youth, Disability) with supporting documents (IDs, company registrations, CSD reports) (SBD6.1).
• Bidders must provide tax compliance (SARS PIN/TCS) and, if applicable, CSD number; BBBEE evidence to qualify for points (SBD1/SBD3.1).
• Bidder’s disclosure and integrity declarations required (no conflicts; SBD4).
• If successful, a signed contract (SBD7) will be required (SBD1).
