Overview

Procurement of a comprehensive intruder alarm system design, installation, 24/7 monitoring and ongoing maintenance for PetroSA sites in Mossel Bay (Centre of Excellence and repeater towers). Target bidders are SAIDSA-accredited and PSIRA-registered security intrusion alarm service providers; must conduct a site assessment and provide a detailed upgrade proposal. Sites include West Camp (GTL Refinery), Centre of Excellence, Bartelsfontein Reservoir, and Danabaai repeater station. Requirements

• Accredited SAIDSA intrusion alarm service provider and PSIRA-registered.
• Conduct site assessment and submit a detailed proposal identifying gaps and required upgrades.
• Proposal must describe improvements, benefits, and any extra equipment/services.
• System must be monitored 24/7 with alerts to PetroSA Security Operational Room; maintenance on a need- and/or job-card basis.
• Each area must be arm/disarmable remotely (or by keypad) and equipped with an outdoor siren.
