Overview

Appointment of a service provider to render standard cleaning and hygiene services for the Department of Land Reform and Rural Development (Provincial Shared Service Centre Gauteng) for a period of twenty-four (24) months. This tender targets cleaning/hygiene service providers with experience in facilities cleaning, staff management, and compliance with SA standards; include capability to supply staff, PPE, equipment, and insurance.

Requirements

• Personnel: CVs for supervisors and cleaners; training plan; PPE/uniforms; adherence to OHS/SHE; on-site staffing plan.
• Equipment and detergents must be durable and comply with SABS/SANS; safety signage and PPE required.
• Compliance with wage determinations and Basic Conditions of Employment; proof of labor compliance. (NB: submissions failing these or missing mandatory docs may be disqualified.)
