Overview

Procurement of professional Civil Engineering services for planning, design and construction monitoring of approximately 24 km gravel road and river crossing at Rust de Winter Old State Land, Tshwane, Gauteng. Bidders should be established civil engineering consultancies with registered professional engineers or technologists (ECSA), capable of delivering design, supervision and contract management, and meeting tax, insurance and qualification requirements.

Requirements

• Civil engineering service provider with fulltime supervision by a registered professional civil engineer or technologist (ECSA) and present Privy Seal verifiable certificates for all principals.
• Provide current registration certificates/numbers for all principals (and for any JV/consortium) as part of returnable documents.
• Professional indemnity insurance as specified in Contract Data.
• Attendance at compulsory clarification meeting (05 November 2026 on-site).
• Tax compliance status (SARS PIN/TCS or CSD number), with separate proofs for consortia/joint ventures.
• Submit all returnable documents (T2.1 List and T2.2 Schedules) including Form of Offer and Acceptance and required resolutions (PA-15.x).
• If claiming locality points, provide proof of Gauteng footprint (municipal account, lease, or ward councillor letter).
