Proposals Implementation Partner for Short Learning Programmes Sustainable Human Settlement and Construction Research Centre (SHSCRC), University of Johannesburg for Period of Three (3) Years

Overview

The University of Johannesburg seeks a Proposals Implementation Partner to deliver Short Learning Programmes for the SHSCRC over a three-year period. The partner will co-develop curricula, coordinate nationwide delivery (virtual/in-person), manage logistics, deploy a Monitoring & Evaluation framework, and engage government/industry stakeholders. Bidders must be registered on the UJ supplier portal and attend a compulsory online briefing; the process runs in three stages (Compliance, Technical Evaluation, Price & B-BBEE) with electronic submission via the UJ portal. Deadline: 5 November 2026 (12:00, per invitation letter).

Requirements

• Stage 1 mandatory submissions: RFQ Tender Documents, UJ Supply Agreement, Pricing Schedule, CK document, SARS PIN, COIDA/FEM/RMA certificate, and Annual Financial Statements for the past 3 years.
• Additional returnables: Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; Certified IDs of company directors; Letter of Resolution; Bank confirmation (not older than 3 months); Form of Tender; Company profile.
• Compulsory online RFQ briefing: 22 October 2026 (MS Teams) per invitation letter.
• Access to bid documents via the UJ supplier portal after registration; questions window closes 29 October 2026 (12:00).
