Overview

Open tender for Proposed Additional Works at Kahawa Sukari Level III Hospital – Phase III in Kiambu County. Requirements

• Performance bond: 5% of contract amount, with a suitable Surety to be provided on signing.
• Insurance: contractor to secure and maintain required insurance; provide policy/certificate.
• Site visitation and drawings: tenderer must examine drawings and site conditions (as per contract documents).
• Interim certificates: monthly; retainage: 10%; provisions for Provisional/Prime Cost sums as defined in the contract.
• Compliance with Government Acts and Regulations relevant to labour, safety, and welfare; security of works; public/private roads; protection of existing property.
• Nominated Sub-Contractors: engagement governed by PM with contractor providing attendance and facilities as described.
