Overview

Open National Tender for the Proposed Borehole Solarisation at KYEVALUKI ASS CHIEFS OFFICE TO COMPLETION FOR NG – CDF KANGUNDO CONSTITUENCY. Bidders should be qualified works Contractors with civil works, groundwater/water-well and solar PV capability, and meet relevant Kenyan public-procurement requirements (NCA registration, tax compliance, CR12, PIN, etc.).

Requirements

• Open national procurement for Works Contract.
• Eligibility: JV allowed (max two members).
• Key registrations and certifications:
  • National Construction Authority (NCA) registration in the relevant trade (NCA 8+).
  • Current Tax Compliance Certificate and KRA PIN.
  • Certified Certificate of Incorporation/Registration, CR12, and Business Permit.
  • Valid NCA Annual Practicing License.
  • Duly filled Form of Tender, Bill of Quantities, and Declaration on Code of Ethics.
  • Audited financial accounts and evidence of equipment holding.
• Compliance: anti-corruption, no debarment, no conflicts of interest; sign Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Financial: tenders in Kenya Shillings; fixed prices; include all taxes; 120-day tender validity.
• Foreign-tenderinputs rule if applicable; local-content expectations may apply.
